AHOPE Mother's Day Cards

I’m not a very good at sending cards, but this year I am excited about Mother’s Day cards because I can send cards that mean something to me. What could be better than having a card sent to the special mothers in your life and benefiting AHOPE at the same time?

The image above, of one of our AHOPE babies and a caregiver, will be on the card, but at a higher resolution and without the copyright watermark. These are going to be lovely cards.

To purchase cards, please send a minimum $25.00 donation per card to Kathy Olsen at:

AHOPE for Children
18539 Westside Highway SW
Vashon, WA 98070

Or you can go to our webpage: www.ahopeforchildren.org and click on the Donate Now link.

Please be sure to include a message stating whether you want the cards
mailed to you or directly to your recipients. If they are going to be
mailed directly from the AHOPE office, please include the name and
addresses of the recipients, the message you would like included, and
your name as you would like it signed on the card.

It couldn’t be much easier to send a thoughtful Mother’s Day card.

Let me introduce myself. Russ and I are the parents of twelve children by birth and adoption, and sometimes more through foster care. I'm the creator of One Thankful Mom which has been as much of a gift to me as to my readers. In 2011 I became a TBRI® Pracitioner* and have lived and breathed connected parenting ever since. I'm deeply honored to be the co-author, together with the late Dr. Karyn Purvis, of The Connected Parent; it is her final written work. I love speaking at events for adoptive and foster parents. I'm also the co-founder of The Adoption Connection, a podcast and resource site for adoptive moms. I mentor and encourage adoptive moms so you can find courage and hope in your journeys of loving your children well.

I just saw your ‘forever day’ video off to the side and clicked on it and wept thru it. Lisa, your family is beautiful. Thank you for sharing on your blog and blessing me, for one, across the miles.
