Normally, if I blog on Sunday, I post a Sunday Visit. In light of the fact that I have not looked at a single blog in weeks (sorry, friends), I have nothing to share. Rather, if you have written a post you particularly like, please feel free to link to it in the comments. Or feel free to share a general link to your blog.
I love Sunday Visits because there are so many wonderful blog posts and it’s nice to share them. I also do Sunday Visits to keep myself from becoming competitive toward my fellow bloggers. It’s easy to get caught up in Google Analytics and stats, but I choose to believe that when we support and promote one another as bloggers, we honor God and extend kindness toward one another. So today, please share your work (or a friend’s) and let us enjoy the fruit of your labor.
A very special happy birthday to Isaiah, who turns 18 today. He is having an amazing adventure in Seattle, and we sure miss him.
# 1011 – 1020 giving thanks
Little Man’s arms around my neck, his cheek on mine
laughter coming from the girls’ room
Legos spread over the family room floor
snow falling past the dining room window
my favorite boots ever – a Christmas gift from Russ
big boys driving kids to the ice rink
kids spending the night and going to church with us
white Christmas lights all winter
Have a lovely Sunday, friends.
